We will learn how business communication differs in foreign countries and how to use it as a tool to improve your career and business success. The course aims to: ・ provide an overview on different communication styles and how to use them effectively ・helps participants to use different communication styles and interact successfully with foreign colleagues, partners and customers ・ practice different types of business communication (speaking with customers, colleagues, superiors etc.) ・learn how to deal with difficult people
