In this workshop we will not only learn about differences in Japanese and Western discussion and negotiation styles, but we will also practice how to prepare for and succeed in business negotiations with foreigners. We will further learn how to deal with difficult people.
The course aims to:
・provide an overview on the differences between communication styles in East and West
・explain how Japanese negotiators can improve their discussion, negotiation and presentation skills in English
・discuss and practice the most important aspects of international negotiations and communication
