We will further learn how to deal with difficult people. The course aims to: 　•provide an overview on the differences between communication styles in East and West 　•explain how Japanese negotiators can improve their discussion, negotiation and presentation　skills in English 　•discuss and practice the most important aspects of international negotiations and communication 　•learn how to deal with difficult people The course will be held in lecture format with practical and interactive exercises.
