This course is suitable for those who have studied major basic grammar topics (please refer to lessons 1-12 of Genki for items you are expected to have studied before taking this course although the course starts with review of some of these items).) 【学習方法／Method】【学習形態／Mode】 In this course, we will use the text book and at the same time this course will be proceeded according to the each student's needs. After brief explanation of the grammar points by the instructor, students will practice new expressions through a variety of communicative activities.　Also, in each chapter of the text book students will be expected to share their thoughts and experiences with classmates and with the instructor. During that activities, you will review your grammar and vocabulary and also expand your grammar and vocabulary for the expressions. Students will be expected to actively participate in various class activities such as pair / group work where they use Japanese with other members of the class as well as the instructor. Most of the class is conducted in Japanese. 【受講者に期待する達成レベル／Goals】 By the end of this course, students will develop their ability to engage in conversation on daily topics and express own ideas, thoughts or wish.
